Too small!

So disappointed with how small these are. I originally ordered a size 8, which all of my other UGG shoes are. Once they arrived I couldn't even get them on my foot! So, I paid around$20 for a return label to exchange them for a size 9. It took the exchanged pair 17 days to arrive and once again, they are too small! I'm not going to pay to exchange them yet again. I'll instead try wearing them and see how much they loosen once worn for a bit but if they are still unwearable I'll try selling them on marketplace and order again elsewhere. I have never had to order a size 10 in anything. Very disappointing!
