The Ugg Australian Collection offers free delivery Australia wide for all orders over $99. We are processing your orders as quickly as possible, most orders placed during business hours gets processed and shipped within a couple of hours of ordering, others could take up to 2 business days. Delivery is via Australia Post eParcel and other couriers anywhere in Australia and best efforts are made to deliver products to you within 5 working days. All deliveries are issued with a tracking number. We offer a 30 days return Policy within Australia on goods that have been purchased on our site and that are unused and in a their original packaging and condition.
